What is the our return policy?

All sales with Sneakerspacks are final. Sneakerspacks is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in one of our stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please contact customer support at [email protected]. Please note: Sneakerspacks will not honor any claims once the item is used or damage in anyway.

How do you determine what size to order?

To help determine appropriate sizing, we recommend referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide.

How can you make change or cancel your order?

Please contact customer support at [email protected]. Please note: we are unable to process cancellation requests once an item ships.

Why was your order canceled?

There are a number of reasons why an order may get cancelled. Please contact Customer Support at [email protected].

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We ship out the orders within 72 business day hours. Customers can expect their orders to arrive within 5-10 days for domestic addresses and 1-2 weeks for international, military, and for PO box addresses, there is a risk of PO box orders packages may not fit. There would be shipping delay due to Christmas and New Year Holiday season. Orders placed after last order time would be out for deliveries following week.
